Soundbath / Soundhealing
Our Sound Healing Soundbath is one of our most beloved offerings. Whether you seek gentle relaxation, a shamanic journey of self-discovery, or the powerful release of a gong bath, each session is designed to restore balance, clear energy blockages, and reconnect you with your internal self. During the session, you may experience deep relaxation, emotional release, vivid imagery, or a sense of profound clarity and renewal.
Somatic Movement
Somatic Movement is a deeply transformative practice that fosters a profound connection between body and mind. Through techniques like the Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, and other mindful movement practices, we guide you to release chronic pain, improve posture, and enhance neuromuscular coordination. This holistic approach helps you become more aware of your body’s natural movements, facilitating ease, balance, and long-lasting healing.
Yoga
At Inner Seed, we offer Kundalini Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga to restore energy and promote healing. Kundalini Yoga awakens inner energy through breath, movement, and mantras. Therapeutic Yoga offers gentle, restorative practices for tension relief, mobility, and emotional healing.
Tai Chi / Qi Gong
Join our 8-week workshop series to learn Ba Duan Jin and Tai Chi from a Grandmaster from China. This ancient practice will guide you in mastering the art of energy flow, balance, and strength. Whether you're seeking self-defense, to nourish your life (养生), or to cultivate discipline, this practice is for you.
Hypnosis / Emotional Detox
In this one-hour guided hypnosis session, you'll release stored emotions, ease anxiety, and discover and rewire old patterns that no longer serve you. By reprogramming limiting beliefs and deepening relaxation, you’ll create space for clarity, healing, and emotional resilience, empowering you to move forward with a renewed sense of peace and purpose.
Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance starts with gentle, thoughtfully selected music to help you ground and connect with your body. As the music flows and intensifies, you'll release emotions and experience a sense of freedom, leaving the session feeling renewed, joyful, and deeply in tune with yourself.
Kids Mindfulness Programs
We offer a 3-week series called "Embracing Feelings", where children learn to understand, express, and normalize their emotions through fun and interactive activities. Additionally, our Afterschool Program provides a supportive space for kids to practice mindfulness, build emotional resilience, and develop healthy coping skills, all while enjoying creative activities and relaxation techniques.
Healing Art & Handpan Music
In a Healing Art session, focus on one mindful practice, such as calligraphy, healing crystal jewelry making, or flower arrangement, to calm your mind and enter a state of flow. You’ll leave with a tangible piece of art, serving as a reminder of the peace, clarity, and presence you cultivated during the session.
We also offer Handpan Music Flow Party once a month —fun, relaxing, and spiritual instrument jams perfect for kids and families.
